Business coaching is a process of working with a professional coach to identify and achieve specific business-related goals. A business coach helps individuals and teams to develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities, and to overcome obstacles and challenges that may be holding them back. Business coaching is particularly useful for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and executives who want to improve their leadership skills, increase productivity, and grow their businesses. Through regular coaching sessions, individuals and teams can gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, set measurable goals, and develop action plans to achieve success. Business coaching provides accountability and support, helping individuals and teams stay focused, motivated, and on track.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs while maintaining the integrity of our coaching sessions. To ensure a fair and effective process, we have established the following Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Notice Period: Clients must provide a minimum of 3 days' notice prior to the scheduled coaching session if they wish to cancel or reschedule without incurring any charges. Cancellation: If a session is canceled with at least 3 days' notice, no charges will be applied, and the session can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule a session with at least 3 days' notice without any additional charges. Rescheduling is subject to the coach's availability. Late Cancellation or No-show: If a client cancels a session with less than 3 days' notice or fails to attend a scheduled session (no-show), 100% of the session fee will be charged. This charge is applicable whether the client attends the session or not. Fixed Date Courses: For courses with fixed dates and a set number of sessions, rescheduling or refunds for group sessions that are no-shows are not possible. However, if a participant misses the entire course due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer the option to enrol them in a waiting list for the next available course at no additional cost. Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if a participant cancels their enrollment at least 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above. Emergency Situations: We understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise. In such cases, we encourage clients to communicate with us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate course of action. Communication: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated to our team via email or phone. The effective date of the request will be the date when the request is received by our team. Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy is in place to honor the commitment of both our clients and coaches. We value your time, as well as the time and effort invested by our coaches in preparing for each session. By adhering to this policy, we can ensure a productive coaching experience for all parties involved. While we are dedicated to delivering exceptional coaching services to support your personal growth and development, it's important to note that we are not a substitute for professional medical care, whether it's related to mental health or physical well-being. Our coaching focuses on empowering you to achieve your goals, overcome challenges, and enhance various aspects of your life.
